Greg Girard

A Canadian who lived a long time in Asia, documenting its economic rise. The metro man is a well-known picture he took there, but the others are from his time at home.

His work is almost painterly, very atmospheric. Neon lights, water puddles and artificial light create a lonely mood in his cityscapes.
